Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused or lightly tested
• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging should be included when possible

Items showing excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used personal-use items may not be eligible for return once heavily used.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The product is defective

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment begins, orders can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost depending on the situation.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Cobronix reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
